Amy Ashton, doing business as Amy Inc. Productions, has been hit with a new civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court of California in Van Nuys.

According to court documents, Ashton who is a corporate comedian, writer and former executive producer at E! is being sued by a client for intentional misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, theft by misrepresentation, fraud and deceit.

This is not the first time Ashton has been hit with a lawsuit regarding a former client. Ashton was previously sued in 2014 according to public records.
