Elvira Guzman, who is the chief operating officer at Elvie G PR and Arivle Media Group, has been named in a new civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court of California in Alhambra.

According to court documents, Guzman is being sued by a client for intentional misrepresentation, theft by misrepresentation, fraud and deceit.

This is not the first time one of Guzman’s companies has been hit with a lawsuit regarding a former client. Arivle Media Group, also owned by Guzman, was previously sued in 2014 according to public records.
