Lenovo Has Released Lighter Weight Laptops Than the MacBook

Recently, Lenovo has released its latest super-svelte LaVie Z laptop that entices Windows fans. It is lightweight as the Apple 12-inch MacBook. Lenovo is offering the new addition to its laptop lineup in 2 versions – the LaVie Z 360 convertible and the standard LaVie Z.

The new laptop weighs at 1.87 pounds, weighing lesser than the Apple 12-inch MacBook, which is at 2.03 pounds. Also, the LaVie Z has a larger screen with 13.3 inches in measurement. The light weight is attributed to the Magnesium-Lithium alloy chassis of the laptop, weighing has less than aluminum, but as sturdy as magnesium alloy.
